NOMICOS ONE (Fixed Annual Return)

1) Rate of investment- Constant annual return on the yacht investment - a percentage of the purchase value of the yacht (excluding taxes).
2) Costs- All organization, commercial, technical & service costs paid by Nomicos Yachts.
3) Own Use- Three weeks during charter season (except for peak periods according to the calendar year). Personal use unlimited during off-season.
4) Own Use Location- A similar yacht can be used in any of our other bases for your charter time.

NOMICOS TWO (Fixed Return on Charter Income)

1) Rate of investment- Guaranteed return on charter income of the boat. The return is dependant on the amount of total annual charters.
2) Costs- All organization, commercial, technical & service costs paid by Nomicos Yachts.
3) Own Use- Three weeks during charter season (except for peak periods according to the calendar year). Personal use unlimited during off-season.
4) Own Use Location- A similar yacht can be used in any of our other bases for your charter time.

NOMICOS THREE (Variable Return on Charter Income)

1) Rate of investment- Guaranteed return on 70% of total charters. The return is dependant on the amount of total annual charters and costs of the yacht. Guaranteed 110 charter days per year.
2) Costs- All organization, commercial, technical & service costs paid by the owner.
3) Own Use- The boat can be used any time other than the guaranteed 110 charter days per year.
4) Own Use Location- A similar yacht can be used in any of our other bases for your charter time.
